New Jersey City University (NJCU)

An in-house rendering done in response to an RFP by the New Jersey City University expansion to their science + engineering building (seen in red brick, right).

Hired to help bolster the firm's creative and rendering capability. During my time at SBLM I worked exclusively on a response to an RFP by the New Jersey City University (NJCU). NJCU was expanding yet consolidating science and engineering programs into one campus building. The credential and written RFP was accompanied by two rendering and a floor plan I completed at SBLM. 

The section helps illustrate the building's internal layout and its programmatic division. It highlights the interaction of the ground floor and auditorium space above.
